Asia Pacific Mergers & Acquisitions Conference （アジア太平洋M&A会議）

２０２３年７月１０日（月）～１１日（火）にかけて、IBA（国際法曹協会）のIBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee が主催し、IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum が後援する国際会議が開催されます。IBAは世界最大規模の法曹家団体です。

プログラムとしては、アジアにおけるＭ＆Ａの最新状況をはじめ、８つのセッションが２日間にわたって予定されています。世界トップレベルの実務家が集まり、アジア地域でのＭ＆Ａにおける法律実務に関する最新の議論を行うことが予定されています。
